At Present, CMEC has 7 complete plants divisions, 32 domestic wholly-owned and holding subsidiaries, 9 wholly-owned or holding subsidiaries in the Hongkong Special Administrative Region and abroad, 1 mining shareholding company as well as 27 overseas representative offices and construction project management divisions. Through integration, CMEC has now become a conglomerate that combines engineering project construction, trade , design, exhibition, logistics service as well as bidding and tendering into one entity . As a result, CMEC has a new and even higher starting point for its further business development.
