President Xie Biao attended the signing ceremony of Mining Right Protocol between COMIBEL and Gabonese government
Signing ceremony of the Mining Right Protocol of Iron Ore Belinga Gabon was held on May 24, 2008 at Presidential palace in Libreville, Gabon between COMIBEL(initiated by CMEC) and the Gabonese government. Mr.Xie Biao, president of CMEC, and Mr. Jin Chunsheng, Vice president of CMEC presented at the signing ceremony. Mr. YinZhixin , Manager of No.6 Engineering Dept ＆ President of COMIBEL and Minister of Gabon Resources and Finance Ministry executed the agreement.
Mr. Omar Bongo, President of Gabon Republic, the Prime Minister of Gabon and other major officers from the Ministry of Resources and Ministry of Finance as well as Mr. Xue Jinwei, Chinese Counselor of the Embassy, Mr. Zhu Xiaoping, Representative of The Export-Import Bank of China and Chairman of the Joint venture also attended the ceremony.
