Nanjing CMEC grew out of the China Machine-Building International Corporation Nanjing Branch. In 2004, they were formed with approval of Nanjing Foreign Economic Relation & Trade, and on the investment of CMEC and CMEC Nanjing Import & Export Co.,Ltd. They mainly do exporting the mechanical and electrical products.
