In January 2010, the Export Control Responsibility Agreement had been signed between the President, Jia Zhiqiang and all the divisions and subsidiaries in CMEC annual meeting.
By signing this Responsibility Agreement, all the general managers and legal representatives made the commitment: to comply with Chinese export control laws and regulations, and the stipulations of international conventions; to guard against & curb export risks and bear the economic losses and legal consequences caused by its employees’ wrongful doing and neglect of its export control duty.
